Meet Our Team

Deanne is currently the 3rd generation owner of Sanderson Insurance which was established in 1957. Deanne has been with the agency and in the insurance business since 1999. She holds 2 designations and is licensed in Property & Casualty, life, and health insurance. Outside of management & running the agency, Deanne is involved in the sales & servicing of commercial & life insurance accounts.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family camping, boating & traveling to new places.

Richard was the previous owner of the agency, and now works on a part-time basis as the agency’s commercial insurance specialist, specializing in insurance for technology companies, life science companies, and international companies. Richard has been married to his wife Kaye for 43 years, they have 2 children, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with family camping & boating and spending time during the cold winter months in Florida.

David has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. He is an Army veteran where he served in Iraq from 2004-2005. After his time in the service, he started his career at Sanderson Insurance in 2006. David provides service and specialized knowledge in the commercial market, for new and existing commercial insurance customers. David lives in Springboro with his wife and 4 sons. They love the outdoors and exploring new parks. One of their favorites in Ohio is Shawnee Forest.

Vicki has been in the insurance industry and with Sanderson Insurance for over 25 years. Vicki provides service on commercial & life insurance accounts. Vicki holds a CISR designation and is licensed in property & casualty and life insurance. Vicki loves to spend time with her family and enjoys watching her kid’s sporting events. She is looking forward to the day that she and her husband can travel.

Andria has been in the insurance industry for 18 years. During that time, she has worked at the Sanderson Agency, and for a short time with the large national carrier. Andria provides services and sales to new and existing customers for personal lines insurance. Andria holds a CISR designation and is licensed in property & casualty insurance. Andria loves spending time with her 2 kids and traveling when she can. She enjoys hiking and kayaking, and spending time on Indian Lake is one of her favorite spots to get away.

Lee Ann has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years. During that time, she has worked for other local agencies and had her own insurance agency. She has been with Sanderson Insurance since 2017. LeeAnn provides service and sales to new and existing customers for personal, commercial & life insurance. LeeAnn is licensed in property & casualty, life, and health insurance. LeeAnn loves to go camping and enjoys being outside working in her yard and flower beds. But she especially enjoys watching her great nephew’s sporting events.

Raeane has been in the insurance industry and with Sanderson Insurance since 2018. Raeane provides service and sales to new and existing customers for personal lines insurance. Raeane is licensed in property & casualty and life insurance. Raeane likes to cook and craft, including making our company shirts. And she also loves to go to the beach.

Shawn has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years & is licensed in Property & Casualty, life, & health insurance.  Shawn provides knowledge & sales for personal insurance, life Insurance and Medicare supplements. Shawn graduated from Wright State University with BA in business management and marketing. In his free time, Shawn likes to camp, fish, and spend time with his family, and he has been involved in coaching youth sports in Beavercreek for over 20 years.

Shanda started with the agency in August of 2022. She is licensed in property & casualty and works as part of personal lines customer service team. Shanda is married with 2 kids and enjoys spending her time making memories with her family. In her free time, she likes to play board games, read books and paint.
