It felt like working with a big-city agency that still holds onto a warm, small-town personality. When she found out I was having surgery, she and the Sanderson staff went out of their way to send a thoughtful card! We have been working with Sanderson insurance for 10 plus years now. They’ve always provided us great customer service and still continue to. Deanne, Vickie, and the rest of the team have been great to work with!

I switched over to Sanderson Insurance Agency over 40 years ago, after being with a company specific agent for about 10 years. Primarily because they are an independent agency serving multiple companies. Never pick an agent who only works for one company. They’re company, not customer focused, and quite often not completely honest. In that time, Andria Kouse has been my primary agent for many of those years. Andrea is one of the best agents I have worked with over the past 50 years that I have needed auto and home insurance. She knows the auto and home insurance business inside and out, including the various features/pros/cons of the different companies she services, and focuses on setting you up with the insurance you need. She is informative, honest, efficient, friendly, and provides the kind of policy guidance you need to ensure you are properly covered at a decent price.

Shanda has been a godsend. I was trying to switch insurances to get the best coverage. She helped me go over her quote and my current coverage. I know nothing about insurance and she explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciate her so much.
